Bios
About the Band
Mike Castoro – Vocals, Backing Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Percussion. Mike is heavily influenced by the Beatles, Miles Davis, Bowie, Supergrass, and Radiohead, in songwriting and production. He began playing jazz trumpet and quickly added multiple instruments. Mike studied at The University of Texas as a Radio, Television, and Film major, before owning a recording studio in Austin where he was an audio engineer and studio session musician. He is the owner of Wunder Audio and started the company out of pure desire to record his original songs on the best equipment available.
Gregg White -Guitar, Bass, Keyboards, Drums, Cello, Percussion. A classically trained pianist, Gregg is influenced by Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Chuck Berry, and The Beatles, which lead him to pick up the guitar when he was young as well as many other instruments. He attended music school, then worked as an Audio Engineer in Oregon. Since moving to Austin in 2005, he’s been in several bands as a guitarist and bassist. Gregg splits his time between playing live and in the Wunderbar Room, in addition to his own studio and doing photography for local guitar companies Colling and Waterloo.
Joe Resnick – Drums, Percussion. Joe began his career in The Detroit Symphony Orchestra as Extra Percussion. He was previously signed to A&M Records and Polygram Records. He moved to Austin, The Live Music Capital of the World, and has steadily played live in several long-standing bands since. Joe is on the first two albums of The Aaron Clift Experiment. And, currently splits his time in the studio with Wunderkap and playing out live.
